Development of a Measurement System-on-Chip and Simulation on FPGA
The article is devoted to debugging a high-speed multipurpose measuring system on a chip in the FPGA. The measuring system includes a behavioral description of integrated blocks and special software. A program for interacting with a measuring system and data analysis tools was developed in the LabVIEW environment. The configuration and firmware generation for FPGAs was carried out in the LabVIEW FPGA environment. The article shows the simulation results of the developed measuring system based on FPGA. The main purpose of the research is to create a measurement system, which makes the process of the measurement on the wafer cheaper and more productive.
